1. Provider details

Service provider: Furkan Görür, sole proprietorship. Brand: SMM Bridges. Tax ID (VKN): 4100313677. Registered address: Bağlar Mahallesi, Hakan Kurtulan Sokak No. 200, Unit 8, Reyhanlı/Hatay, Türkiye. Phone: +90 536 588 35 37. Website: smmbridges.com.

2. Nature of this document and current sales status

This page is a general pre-contract and contract framework for remotely supplied digital services. The specific service, quantity, target, Turkish-lira (TRY/TL) price, performance promise and special terms must be shown in each order summary.

  • Real payment and supplier order dispatch are currently disabled. Paid sales must not open until order-specific disclosure, explicit payment-obligation confirmation and a contract copy on a durable medium are implemented.

3. Customer and transaction details

The customer is the account holder placing the order. Name/business name, billing and contact information, order number, contract date and electronic confirmation record are determined for the specific transaction.

  • A person acting for a business must have authority. Mandatory consumer rights remain available to individuals acting outside a commercial or professional purpose.

4. Essential service characteristics

The contract concerns a digital service delivered electronically to the social-media target selected from the catalog. Platform, service, target URL, quantity, limits, estimated timing and any refill terms must be displayed before ordering.

  • No social-media password, verification code or recovery credential is requested. The customer must be able to review and correct the target and quantity before final confirmation.

5. Price, tax and payment

The total including applicable taxes must be shown in Turkish lira (TRY/TL) before the order, with any mandatory or optional charges itemised separately. Preselected extra payments and hidden later charges are not permitted.

  • Only payment methods permitted by applicable law and clearly shown at checkout may be used. Support never requests card security codes or online-banking passwords.

6. Formation and records

After reviewing the disclosures and order summary, the customer confirms through a final action clearly labelled as creating a payment obligation. The electronic contract forms when the stated payment and acceptance conditions are met.

  • The pre-contract information, order summary, confirmations and contract copy must be supplied on a durable medium. Merely visiting a general page is not a contract or waiver of withdrawal rights.

7. Performance

The service is supplied electronically to the specified target; there is no physical delivery. The order-specific start and completion commitment applies.

  • If performance becomes impossible, the consumer must be informed and collected sums refunded within the statutory periods. Using a supplier does not remove the operator's responsibility to the customer.

8. Withdrawal

Unless a statutory exception applies, a consumer generally has 14 days from conclusion of a service contract to withdraw without reason or penalty. Notice may be sent in writing to the registered address or on a durable medium; the Support Panel is an additional operational channel.

  • The general withdrawal rule applies while an order remains unperformed and no exception below has arisen. Where required, starting performance before the period ends must follow disclosure and separate, transaction-specific consumer approval.

9. Digital-service exception and defective performance

Under Article 15 of Türkiye’s Distance Contracts Regulation, withdrawal is unavailable for services performed instantly electronically and intangible content delivered instantly to the consumer. Once an SMM Bridges service within that category has been electronically performed and delivered, a change-of-mind withdrawal/refund is not accepted.

  • Starting a non-instant service before the 14-day period ends requires transaction-specific consumer approval after explaining the consequences. These exceptions do not remove remedies for defective, incomplete, missing or non-conforming performance, including repeat performance, proportionate price reduction, termination/refund and compensation where available.

10. Refund and applications

For a valid withdrawal from a service contract, collected sums must be returned within 14 days after notice, consistently with the original payment method and without consumer cost.

  • State the order number, contract date and request through the Support Panel, phone or registered address. Detailed rules appear in the Withdrawal and Refund Policy.

11. Disputes

Turkish law applies. Consumers may apply to the competent consumer arbitration committee or consumer court under the thresholds and jurisdiction rules effective at the time; mandatory mediation rules remain applicable.

  • Internal support review does not suspend statutory time limits or prevent an application to competent authorities.
