1. Operator and parties

SMM Bridges is the service brand of the sole proprietorship operated by Furkan Görür. Service provider/operator: Furkan Görür. Tax ID (VKN): 4100313677. Registered address: Bağlar Mahallesi, Hakan Kurtulan Sokak No. 200, Unit 8, Reyhanlı/Hatay, Türkiye. Phone: +90 536 588 35 37. Website: smmbridges.com. Support channel: Support Panel.

  • “Operator” and “we” mean Furkan Görür; “user” means a person using the site, and “customer” means the purchaser of a paid service. Consumer status under Turkish Law No. 6502 depends on acting outside commercial/professional purposes and cannot be removed by a panel label.
  • The operator details in these terms are read together with order-specific pre-contract and invoice information.

2. Scope and effect

These terms govern the site, membership, customer panel, catalog and support. A paid transaction also requires service/order-specific pre-contract information and the applicable distance contract.

  • The selected service and confirmed order summary determine the purchase scope. Browsing the catalog alone does not place an order; purchase requires the applicable transaction steps and explicit confirmation of the payment obligation.
  • Mandatory consumer rights prevail. Browsing the site alone does not create a paid order, marketing permission, personal-data consent or waiver of withdrawal rights.

3. Membership and security

You must be at least 18 and have capacity to contract for paid services. You must be authorized when acting for a business. Keep account information accurate and current.

  • The available sign-in methods provide account access only. Do not share passwords, sessions or verification codes; report suspected unauthorized access. A loss is not automatically presumed to be the user’s fault.
  • False-identity registration, unauthorized account access and bypassing security controls are prohibited. Account transfer/shared use is not supported without a separately agreed business-use arrangement.

4. Services and social-media platforms

The catalog contains digital social-media visibility/engagement services. The particular target, quantity, limits, estimated start/delivery, quality and any refill conditions must be specified in the service and order description.

  • SMM Bridges is not an official representative or affiliate of the social-media platforms. Their names and marks identify service targets.
  • Paid engagement can conflict with platform rules and lead to removal, filtering or account restrictions. Review those rules. This explanation does not excuse misinformation, defective performance or the operator’s statutory responsibility.
  • Unless specifically and verifiably promised, services do not guarantee organic/real users, revenue, sales, ranking, permanent followers or uninterrupted access. Specific advertising/catalog promises cannot be cancelled by a blanket disclaimer.

5. Pre-contract information and orders

Before paid confirmation, the essential service characteristics, provider identity/contact details, total including taxes and extra charges, currency, performance, complaints, withdrawal and any applicable exceptions must be clearly disclosed.

  • After choosing category → service type → service, customers must be able to review the target URL, quantity, price and other information and correct input errors before final submission.
  • The final action must clearly communicate a payment obligation. Receipt, acceptance/performance status and contract records must be provided electronically; the relevant pre-contract information and contract must be available on a durable medium.
  • Reading general terms does not replace order-specific disclosures, separate early-performance approval or other mandatory transaction steps. A paid transaction requires completion of those steps and the relevant confirmation.

6. Price, quantity and taxes

Unless stated otherwise, service rates are per 1,000 units. The total follows the selected quantity and the calculation disclosed before ordering. Minimum and maximum quantities depend on the service.

  • Catalog prices, balance top-up amounts and the amount to be collected are displayed in Turkish lira (TRY/TL). There is no automatic exchange-rate conversion or collection in a foreign currency. Any payment commission and other mandatory charge must be clearly included in the total before confirmation.
  • The final consumer total must include applicable taxes and compulsory charges. Optional extras require separate approval. These terms do not authorize undisclosed later charges.
  • Price changes do not unilaterally amend concluded orders. Manifest pricing/software errors require notice and a solution consistent with good faith and consumer law, rather than an unlimited cancellation power.

7. Payments, balance and invoices

For payments, only clearly disclosed methods permitted by applicable law may be used. Never send a password or card security code in support messages.

  • A usable panel balance records service purchases within the platform; it is not a deposit, investment or interest promise. This description does not restrict statutory refunds or authorize an otherwise regulated payment/e-money activity.
  • Collections, failed/duplicate payments, refunds and balance movements must have traceable records. Invoices or other legally required documents must reflect the actual transaction and request only necessary information.
  • Payment method availability remains subject to applicable legal restrictions and the options shown at checkout.

8. Delivery and tracking

Order fulfillment occurs electronically on the selected social-media target; there is no physical shipment. Start/completion times follow the specific commitment. An estimate must not be represented as an absolute guarantee.

  • A provider API status, panel label or numerical change is not conclusive proof of performance. Target, starting count, quantity, timing and other evidence must be assessed together in a dispute.
  • Making a target private, changing its URL/name or ordering concurrent services elsewhere may affect delivery. Customers should disclose relevant changes, but these events do not automatically remove all refund rights.
  • The operator may use digital-service suppliers. Outsourcing does not remove the provider’s responsibility to the customer. If performance becomes impossible, applicable statutory notice and refund duties must be fulfilled.

9. Cancellation and withdrawal

For consumer service contracts, a 14-day withdrawal period generally starts when the contract is concluded, without a reason or penalty, unless a statutory exception applies. Statutory consequences of missing withdrawal information remain applicable.

  • Identify your account/order, contract date and clear intention to withdraw. No particular template is mandatory. A ticket can be submitted through the current Support Panel; other legally valid written/durable-medium channels remain available. Inability to sign in does not extinguish the right.
  • Under Article 15 of Türkiye’s Distance Contracts Regulation, withdrawal is unavailable for services performed instantly electronically and intangible content delivered instantly to the consumer. Once an SMM Bridges service within that category has been electronically performed and delivered, no change-of-mind cancellation/refund is available if it is conforming and not defective.
  • Starting a non-instant service before the withdrawal period ends requires informed, demonstrable, transaction-specific consumer approval. The exception does not remove mandatory remedies for defective, incomplete, missing or non-conforming performance.

10. Refunds and unused balance

For valid withdrawal, the amounts required by law must be refunded within 14 days after receipt of the notice. Defective services, impossibility and other cancellations follow the rules and deadlines applicable to that situation.

  • Refunds must comply with the original payment method requirements and not impose cost or an obligation on the consumer. A legally required monetary refund cannot be compulsorily replaced with panel credit or a voucher.
  • For partial performance, delivered and undelivered portions must be assessed objectively. A supplier’s refusal to refund does not by itself justify rejecting the customer’s legal claim.
  • Unused balance funded by an actual payment is assessed with the relevant transaction/account records. Closing or suspending an account does not automatically forfeit it. Promotional amounts must have disclosed conditions and remain distinct from paid funds.

11. Defective services and refill

A service lacking agreed characteristics or containing a legal, economic or material deficiency reducing expected benefit is subject to the consumer remedies in Law No. 6502.

  • Subject to statutory conditions, consumers retain rights to repeat performance, free repair of a resulting work where relevant, proportionate price reduction or withdrawal from the contract, and compensation where available. The nature of the service and statutory proportionality rules apply.
  • A promised drop-replacement/refill is an additional service commitment. Its period, scope, starting quantity and claim conditions must be disclosed before purchase. Expiry of a commercial refill period does not automatically shorten statutory claim periods.
  • Provide the order number, target, expected/actual outcome and dates. A panel label alone cannot settle the dispute, and “non-refundable service” wording cannot remove mandatory remedies.

12. Prohibited use and authority over targets

Use services only lawfully and for targets over which you have the necessary authority. Do not submit requests requiring a social-media password or aimed at bypassing platform security.

  • Fraud, fake payment evidence, impersonation, unauthorized access, harassment, personal-data exposure, illegal content, deceptive commercial reviews and unlawful manipulation are prohibited.
  • Malware, unauthorized data extraction, exploitation of vulnerabilities and disruptive traffic are prohibited. Report a vulnerability through support without exposing sensitive information.
  • You are responsible for authority over the target and the lawfulness of your submitted content. This does not shift the operator’s own fault or legal duties to you.

13. Suspension and termination

Specific security risks, unlawful activity or breaches may justify proportionate access restrictions. Except for urgent protection or legally restricted disclosure, the reason and a resolution route should be provided.

  • Objections and support requests must be considered. Making a complaint or using a lawful remedy is not grounds for punishment.
  • Account closure does not resolve unfinished orders, paid funds, refunds or statutory retention obligations automatically. The operator has no unlimited power to erase a balance or confiscate service fees.

14. Liability, interruptions and force majeure

Maintenance, infrastructure failures or third-party changes may affect access. Reasonable measures should address disruption and customers must be informed where performance is affected.

  • An outside event qualifies as force majeure only where the legal conditions are met. Supplier delay or a software fault is not automatically force majeure; prolonged nonperformance does not erase statutory termination/refund rights.
  • These terms do not exclude intent, gross negligence, mandatory personal-data duties or non-excludable consumer liability. Operator records are not the sole conclusive evidence; all legally admissible evidence remains available.

15. Intellectual property and personal data

Rights in site software, design, branding and content belong to the operator or the relevant rightsholders. Unauthorized commercial reproduction or misleading use is prohibited, subject to legal exceptions and permissions.

  • Sending a URL does not transfer ownership of customer content. Any use must be lawful and limited to performing the requested transaction. Third-party marks remain with their owners.
  • The notice at /privacy explains personal-data processing. These terms are not blanket consent to processing, international transfers or advertising.

16. Complaints, disputes and applicable law

Submit transaction questions through the Support Panel with the order/ticket number. Internal review does not prevent compliance with statutory deadlines or direct use of competent authorities.

  • Turkish law applies. Consumers may apply to consumer arbitration committees or consumer courts under the monetary thresholds and jurisdiction rules effective when they apply. Mandatory pre-action mediation applies where the law requires it.
  • No exclusive venue clause removes a consumer’s available local remedies. Commercial matters follow general jurisdiction rules. Mandatory protections applicable to cross-border consumer contracts are preserved.

17. Changes and records

The update date appears above. New terms cannot retroactively reduce acquired rights in existing orders. Material changes to continuing contracts require applicable legal notice and, where needed, agreement.

  • Invalidity of one provision affects the remainder only as required by law. A difference between Turkish and English text cannot be interpreted to remove mandatory consumer protection.
  • Order-specific conditions, prices and approvals must be retained separately from this general page. Customers should keep their supplied pre-contract information and contract copy. This page alone is not the distance contract for every order.
