1. Scope

This policy explains withdrawal, cancellation, defective/incomplete performance and refunds for consumer service contracts to be formed through SMM Bridges. It does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

2. General fourteen-day rule

Unless a statutory exception applies, a consumer generally has 14 days from conclusion of a service contract to withdraw without reason or penalty.

  • It is sufficient to send notice in writing or on a durable medium within the period; no special form is mandatory.

3. Contact channels

State the order number, contract date and request through the Support Panel, call +90 536 588 35 37, or send written notice to Bağlar Mahallesi, Hakan Kurtulan Sokak No. 200, Unit 8, Reyhanlı/Hatay, Türkiye.

  • Loss of account access does not remove statutory withdrawal or defective-service rights.

4. Delivered digital services and withdrawal exception

Services performed instantly electronically and intangible content delivered instantly to the consumer fall within the statutory withdrawal exception. Once an order in that category has been electronically performed and delivered, no change-of-mind cancellation or refund is available if the service is conforming and not defective.

  • Starting a non-instant service before the 14-day period ends requires transaction-specific consumer approval after explaining the consequences. General acceptance, the label digital service or a preselected box does not by itself create an exception.

5. Refund timing and method

For a valid withdrawal from a service contract, collected sums are returned no later than 14 days after notice is received.

  • The refund must be consistent with the original payment method, made without consumer cost or added obligation, and not compulsorily replaced with platform credit or a voucher where a monetary refund is legally required.

6. Defective, incomplete or impossible performance

Delivery does not remove mandatory rights where a service lacks agreed characteristics, is incomplete, missing or otherwise non-conforming. Consumers retain statutory remedies including repeat performance, proportionate price reduction, termination/refund and compensation where available.

  • Statutory notice and refund duties apply if performance becomes impossible. A supplier refusal or panel status label does not by itself defeat a legal claim.

7. Partial performance, balance and refill

Delivered and undelivered parts of partial performance are assessed through concrete records. Paid unused balance is not automatically forfeited when an account closes.

  • Any refill promise and conditions must be disclosed before ordering; expiry of a commercial refill period does not automatically shorten statutory defect remedies.

8. Disputes

A support request does not suspend statutory deadlines. Consumers may apply to the competent consumer arbitration committee or consumer court under the rules effective at the time.
